This machine is designed for businesses requiring top-tier fastener insertion capabilities.
TTF-21™
PENCOM's TTF series operates with 10 tons of force and features a 25 inch (635mm) throat depth. The TTF-22™ offers precision fastener insertion with its Positive Stop System and Batch Counter/Stroke Adjustment, catering to sizes from 2-56 (M2) to 1/2-13 (M12). Its energy-efficient dual pump system and comprehensive Control Panel optimize operations, while a dedicated safety system ensures secure usage. Additional options further expand its adaptability.
TTF-22™
The top of the series, PENCOMs TTF-22™ boasts 10 tons of force and a 25 inch (635mm) throat depth. Accepting fasteners from 2-56 (M2) to 1/2-13 (M12), this machine is also furnished a 10-inch touch screen control panel, energy-saving dual pump system for enhanced stroke speed, and Automatic Turret Insertion System. The TTF-22™ efficiently stores up to 200 tailored programs and fastener databases, making it optimal for rigorous fastener insertion demands.
