TG Broaching Spring-Top Self-clinching Standoffs
- Use a broaching spring-top standoff design to align and space two panels in stacked P.C. board or sheet-metal assemblies.
- Install through separate top and bottom mounting holes, helping control panel-to-panel location and spacing during assembly.
- Designed with a P.C. board bottom mounting hole and a spring-top mounting hole for P.C. board or metal top panels.
- Available in inch lengths from .250" to 1.00" and metric lengths from 8mm to 25mm, with custom sizes available.
- Support bottom panel thicknesses of .050" minimum for inch parts or 1.27mm minimum for metric parts, with top panel thickness ranges of .040"-.070" or 1.00-1.80mm.
- Offered in carbon steel, 300-series stainless steel, 400-series stainless steel, and brass with zinc clear, passivated, or tin finish options.
