TE Broaching, Swage-In Self-clinching Standoffs
- Use a broaching, swage-in standoff design for permanent threaded spacing and mounting in sheets from .050"-.065" thick.
- Available in inch thread sizes 4-40 and 6-32, plus metric thread sizes M3 x 0.5 and M4 x 0.7.
- Support inch lengths from .062" to 1.000" and metric lengths from 2mm to 16mm to fit a range of board and sheet stack-ups.
- Require minimum hole-center-to-edge distances as low as .17" for 4-40 parts and .22" for 6-32 parts, supporting compact assembly layouts.
- Offered in carbon steel, 300-series stainless steel, aluminum, and brass material options.
- Available with tin, passivated, or plain finish options depending on selected material.
