TD Broaching Self-clinching Standoffs
- Use a broaching, thru-hole standoff design for spacing and mounting applications where an unthreaded pass-through hole is required.
- Available with inch thru-hole diameters of .116" and .143", plus metric thru-hole diameters of 3.6mm and 4.2mm.
- Offered in inch lengths from .125" to 1.000" and metric lengths from 3mm to 16mm to support a range of board and sheet stack-ups.
- Designed for installation in sheets with .060" minimum thickness for inch parts or 1.53mm minimum thickness for metric parts.
- Standard listed options include 300-series stainless steel with passivated and/or tested finish and carbon steel with electroplated bright tin finish.
- Custom sizes are available for applications that require non-standard thru-hole, length, material, or finish configurations.
