TC Broaching Head Self-clinching Standoffs

Install easily by pressing into P.C. boards, aluminum, castings, plastics, and other soft materials.
Use axial broaching grooves that cut into the mating sheet hole to create an interference fit and resist rotation.
Recommended for use with non-plated holes in P.C. board applications for proper broaching performance.
Available in inch thread sizes 4-40 and 6-32, plus metric M3 x 0.5 thread options.
Offered in inch lengths from .125" to 1.000" and metric lengths from 3.00mm to 16.00mm, depending on thread size and selected part number.
Available in heat-treated carbon steel, 300-series stainless steel, aluminum, and brass material options with zinc, passivated, plain, and tin finish selections.
