CPB Broaching Captive Screws
- Provide a permanent broaching installation for P.C. boards, aluminum, and other soft materials.
- Use a narrow captive screw design for limited-space applications where compact panel hardware is required.
- Press into the prepared sheet or board using parallel punch-and-anvil surfaces, seating the retainer shoulder flush with the panel.
- Available in inch thread sizes 4-40 and 6-32, plus metric thread sizes M3 and M3.5.
- Offered with slotted, cross-recess, six-lobe, slotted/cross-recess, and slotted/six-lobe drive options to match assembly tooling requirements.
- Rated at 80 lbs. pull-out force and 45 lbs. side load in G-10 P.C. board, with metric ratings of 360N pull-out and 200N side load.
