LOD – Welded steel heavy duty twin wheel swivel caster

Brackets: Sturdy welded steel construction, with double ball bearing in the swivel head, additionally reinforced by the integration of four specially shaped and hardened bearing seats, swivel head seal with labyrinth design, fitted grease nipple, bolted and secured with a welded very strong central kingpin. Bolted wheel axle. Zinc-plated, blue-passivated, Cr6-free. Wheel: Made of high-quality polyurethanee-elastomer Blickle Extrathane®. Colour: light brown. Wheel centre/rim: Made of die-cast aluminium. Casted tread. Colour: silver grey. Chemical characteristics: High chemical resistance to many aggressive substances. Operating temperature: -25° C to +70° C, temporarily up to +90° C. At ambient temperatures above +40° C the load capacity is reduced. The indicated load capacity refers to applications without obstacles. Maintenance-free under standard conditions.
