Pencom Coronavirus Business Continuity – Updated March, 17th

PENCOM is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment for our customers and employees.  Here is our current COVID-19 response and business continuity plan: 

Our 27 global locations are operating normally and under guidance from their local and national governments.


Manufacturing is continuing as normal in Dongguan, China and Nogales, Mexico.

San Carlos, CA Facility:
  • There is a government-mandated Active Shelter In Place which requires our HQ to close down beginning today March 17th through April 7th.
  • While HQ is closed, the warehouse will remain open and we will continue shipping and receiving products.
  • PENCOM Sales and Technical support will continue to be available to meet your needs from our home offices. We will continue to answer questions via phone, video call or web meetings.

We will continue to follow CDC compliance guidelines for our all of our operations and branches.
 
This is a challenging time for us all, however, PENCOM is committed to our customers and our team.
 
We are grateful and thankful for the heroic work globally, of those healthcare workers who are taking on a challenging and precarious situation.
 
We know many customers will have critical production deadlines due to the COVID-19. We take this impact seriously. Our sales and service team will reach out to you as we have updates on your individual orders. Our aim is to mitigate possible impacts on production.
