New Manufacturing Equipment

Pencom has recently made significant purchases of new manufacturing and inspection equipment to include:

• 1 Haas TL-15 CNC Lathe. With dual spindles and live tooling, this lathe can machine both the front and back of parts as well as perform side milling operations.
• 4 Haas VF-3SS CNC Mills. Haas’ standard precision CNC milling centers have been upgraded with their “Super Speed” option to reduce cycle times and increase output.
• 1 Haas MDC-500 Mill Drill Center. Boasts high-speed drilling and tapping as well as full milling capabilities.
• 2 Fuda FMC-850L CNC Lathes. Quick setup and precision turning for prototypes or production.

This equipment has been located at Pencom’s China, US and Mexico facilities to enhance global manufacturing flexibility and support customer demand.
